Ticino Night 2017

Serata Ticinese
Our serata Ticinese will be held for the 5th time this year. As Swiss we represent all of our regions and therefore we decided 5 years ago to introduce a Ticino Night.
For our 5th anniversary we decided to cook a feast like a “Grotto” would serve.
Our Menu:

- Insalata Mista (mixed salad)
- Luganighe Ticinese (Italian sausage)
- Brasato (beef shoulder braised in red wine sauce)
- Polenta di Maggia
- Risotto ai Funghi (risotto with mushrooms)
- Desert
